THINGS TO KNOW Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Great stay. The condo was laid out very well. It was a 1 bedroom but felt larger due to the layout. The view was perfect. We could see both the pool and beach this was great for keeping an eye on our teenagers when we wanted to stay on the balcony. My favorite was the colorful chairs in the grass area. It was a guiet place to read with a view of the beach without dragging a chair down and dealing with the sand. Loved the two comfy beach chairs and sand toys that were provided in the condo!!

This is a great location! Right on the beach, so easy access. View of the Gulf was beautiful from the balcony. We were close enough to walk to minigolf and several restaurants. Beds were comfortable. We never heard any of the guests around us. Kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials. There is only one mirror in the whole condo! It's in the bathroom, so if someone was showering, the rest of us couldn't use the mirror. Also it is a face only mirror, so no fit-check before you go to dinner. There is also nowhere to hang wet towels and clothes. There is a long hall that would be perfect for an extra mirror and hooks. Maybe bring some command hooks if you rent this one. Customer service is great! I emailed a question before we arrived, and I also called while there to get new batteries for the tv remote. Needs a good deep clean. Very dusty.
