BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides two full-size beds and a TV. The third bedroom is appointed with two twin beds and a smart TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The shaded balcony offers a dining table, a pair of Adirondack rockers, and sweeping Gulf vistas. Look out to the water and watch for local dolphins! This single-level condo is on the fourteenth floor. Elevators are available. LOCATION Walk 1 minute to the beach via the boardwalk leading from the pool deck. Paddle, fish, or hike at Gulf State Park or visit Adventure Island to enjoy rides and amusements for all ages. A variety of restaurants and essentials are close at hand along Perdido Beach Blvd.

+. Clean, great view, granite, plenty of space. -. Broken furniture/appliances, and an awful master mattress—kitchen cabinets/drawers and outdoor closet SO FULL of broken items and trash items

We loved the view! The balcony furniture was fantastic! The kitchen was stocked but could definitely use some updated pans. We forgot butter and or cooking spray so our food wanted to stick to the older pans. Our stay was during Thanksgiving. We cooked a small meal along with breakfast in the morning. Not a big deal. The living area is small but has plenty of chairs. One of the elevators wouldn't open on our floor. We tried to avoid it but sometimes ended up taking the stairs because it wouldn't work. "14" floors is a lot to climb for older adults.

The condo was clean. Had a beautiful view of the ocean . The only downfall to this condo was the tv in the bedroom with the two full beds did not work , the twin mattresses need to be replaced as you laying on springs and the tv in the living room is a smart tv so if you do not have a Google account you will not be able to access any channels. Overall We had a good stay.
