Fantastic condo with elevator, WiFi & central AC - beachfront Location

The blinds were broken, the the accordion doors were all off their tracks, there was mildew in the windows, rust and chipped enamel in the bathrooms, the master bath counter was disintegrating, the towels were thing and scratchy, the dryer was broken and stain/ripped over $600 worth of clothes and left us without the washer/dryer amenity promised in the listing, the dishes we all dirty in the cabinets and the carpet in the rooms was gross. Couldn’t get anyone to try to find any of the issues. Have been trying to get in contact with a manager for weeks.

Needs major updating. Appliances and furniture needs replacing. Dryer didn’t work and wasn’t told til the morning of my stay and no one even attempted to repair/replace while there. Not ideal for a beach trip with littles and a handful of adults. Oven and stovetop is all uneven cooking, taking hours to eat frozen food and also had to throw out food because of it!! Safety hazards for kids- Large blinds/covers whatever you call them for the balcony in master that aren’t attached to anything and can fall on kids, balcony also doesn’t lock on one side of the sliding door leading to the balcony. Sofa bed is broken and mattress is thin and super hard. They don’t care either they just expect you to deal with it and give you no type of compensation.

Loved the view from the balcony, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Would stay here again. Check in was very easy.

The place was very clean, and the furnishings were very nice. The walls and baseboards could use a good paint job. The first night the smoke alarm was going off about every 40 seconds. I called, and it probably took them about 2 hours to come and fix the problem. The next day my grandson went to the room, and a man was leaving the room. He didn’t go in because it scared him. O contacted Vacasa, and it was a worker. A head’s up would have been a nice gesture. We should have been told someone was going in our room.

The location was fine in the main resort was fine. Close to everything, but our personal room was not great. It was very outdated. The bugs in the room really did us in. Also, the fact that they don’t tell you there’s no covers just basically a sheet on the beds would’ve been nice to know so we could’ve brought some. I booked a second room for the family since we were there for a wedding and their room was much more updated much more cleaner. Like this would be a nice room if it was updated and better taken care of.
