Coastal escape with 2 water-view balconies, 2 pools, tennis & beach access is described as a great value and a favorite Orange Beach stay, with a spacious layout that worked especially well for families and groups. Guests praised the comfortable beds, relaxing living areas, open kitchen and dining space, and tasteful updated decor that made the condo feel cozy, modern, and well kept. The property was repeatedly noted as very clean, neat, and exactly as pictured or better. Its location was appreciated for being convenient to nearby restaurants, stores, and the beach, while still feeling quiet and peaceful. The standout feature was the beautiful water views from the balconies, where guests enjoyed watching dolphins, manatees, boats, sunrises, sunsets, and the breeze over the bay and river. Guests also enjoyed the balconies, beach access, pools, tennis, boat slips, and a comfortable setting for meals, relaxing, and family time.

We loved the area. The view was beautiful!! The space was comfortable for our party of 6, and the teenage girls appreciated the bunk beds so no one had to sleep on an air mattress! It is worth noting that one pool is in the grounds of this complex but the second pool is across the road at the Wind Drift complex on the beach. It’s easy to access, but it is across the road.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We did notice that it was missing pot holders and we were not provided nearly enough towels considering we booked it for 8 people. Instructions for the dryer would have been helpful, it appeared to have not had the lint trap emptied in a long time and it was full of sand, which then spilled everywhere in the dryer. We enjoyed the view and the condo property was quiet and had a convenient pedestrian button at the stop light making it quick and easy to cross. (Though I wouldn't have let my pre-teen kids cross without an adult!) When I booked the condo, I could have sworn it stated that it was located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. That was not the case unless you wanted to walk over a mile each way. Parking is not included in the rental, but thankfully we had read that in a review so we were prepared and paid for that separately ahead of time. Overall, this was a good option for our large family for the price.

Group of 8. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep, quiet spaces to relax. The kitchen is a great size, the bedrooms are great sizes and the balconies and views were great. We really appreciated the intercostal for fishing since the spring break week was rather cool and very windy for the beach. Being the top corner unit was perfect for us, we have some rambunctious boys sometimes.

My family loved spending time on the balconies, especially the bayside one, where we were able to see dolphins swimming by several times during our stay. The kitchen and dining area were great for meal times and the beds were all very comfortable.
