Love 208 that we have rented last few years because being on the bay side and watching all the boats coming and going! Only problem new elevators and they were not working for several hours!!

Very clean, we enjoyed watching the dolphin swimming everyday off the balcony.

We loved the location of this condo. Excellent views to east of sunrise and many fishing boats coming through The Pass. Enjoyed watching the herons and other birds pester the fisherman at the sea wall! However, some of the furniture needs to be replaced (sofa very worn) They should replace very worn carpet in master bedroom and bath with Tile.

We stayed a full week and there was nothing I had to call about. The views are breathtaking, parking is accommodating and from previous experience at this property, the maintenance team is awesome. We will come back year after year.
