Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we found multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the property, including stained pillows, torn sheets, dirty bathroom fixtures, shower doors covered in film, a broken dining chair, a broken dishwasher, and personal items left behind from previous guests. We ended up spending part of our trip rewashing linens, cleaning surfaces ourselves, washing dishes by hand, and purchasing our own supplies, including sponges, cleaning products, and replacement pillows. To their credit, management responded to our messages and acknowledged many of the issues. However, most of the problems were not resolved during our stay, despite being reported promptly. As guests, we expected a clean, safe, and properly maintained property. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope the owner and management company address these issues so future guests have a better stay.

We love the location! It’s quiet in that area. The condo is spacious and beautiful. The beach access is super easy. We love the area. I do wish we could pay for overnight parking in the visitor spots at the property.

This was steps away from the beach and I loved the Lagoon behind it with a dock that swings and picnic tables. It was a nice relaxing get away.

Overall, the property is has a perfect location, but the cleanliness was not up to par from the ceiling fans to the watermarks on the bathroom sinks to the floors is not being swept to it being dirty under the beds, but the biggest issue I have with you guys is that I have a one year-old baby and Baby tend to put things in their mouth, but there should not have been an acrylic toenail left from a previous vacationers that my baby girl was choking on. I have reached out to you guys multiple times to see how we can get this situation rectified and nobody has seen to care or reach back out to me and I did not wanna leave this review on you guys but nobody cares. but overall, me and my family did have a fun time and the property is in the perfect location nothing against that but my overall stay there I’m very very highly disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Lagoon Run!!! Spacious apartment for our party of 5 adults and 1 child. Quick walk to beach. Grandson had a blast at the lagoon! Highly recommend!!!
