Everyone will enjoy having their own quiet area in which to retreat. Three of the five bedrooms are en suite, and two of the upstairs bedrooms enjoy direct access to the private deck, perfect for quiet morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. Great location, the beach was an easy walk, pool and dock was amazing. The house…. Well lots of issues. Dirty walls, doors and floors.. the beds were broken, mattresses wore out. Furniture was old and wore out. Fridge was broken, ice tray broken, and took days to drop ice. House swayed with foot traffic. Had 9 people and was cramped. Patio furniture old and didn’t sit comfortably. Had an adult get locked in a bathroom and door knobs wore out and took some work to get them to work properly and felt like they would fall off in ur hand. Roaches in kitchen and dead ones in drawers. Charging premium prices for a run down house and run down furniture seems to be a stretch. Not impressed.

This unit was very roomy, and within walking distance to the beach. A must rent for those trying to escape the vacation crowd and in need of some relaxing time.

Love the location and how close it was to the beach but we had issue with some beach house owners who thought we should not be allow to use the beach because we stay across the street in a rental. Its not a public beach.

Place was filthy, broken furniture, roaches all in the kitchen, outdated, multiple c/o’s were ignored the whole week, not even a return call when c/o roaches, refrigerator takes 2 days to work even halfway right, had to throw out brand new food
