Second floor condo with pool & hot tub access, WiFi, private W&D, and central AC is described as a great value and a beautiful, welcoming place for families. Guests appreciated the comfortable, cozy feel, spacious layout, nicely furnished interiors, tasteful decor, and especially the very comfortable beds. The condo was repeatedly praised for being very clean, impeccably maintained, and relaxing. Its quiet, peaceful setting and convenient access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and nearby activities were also highlights. Guests also enjoyed the pleasant balcony view over the water, the well-kept grounds, the pool, and thoughtful touches like board games.

Unit was clean but showed that upkeep isn't a priority. Dirty baseboards, chipping paint, cracked caulking, broken shower head. Had a distinct smell..... didn't smell "clean". Area was queit and bed was comfortable. Due to the issues listed it won't be on my list of properties to use again. Upkeep doesn't seem to be a priority.

We had a great stay. The broken chair in the closet in the bed room should have been fixed or replaced. Also the wand shower head in the right hand side bedroom does not stay in place. It falls out while taking a shower. It ends up being a bit annoying. Overall the complex was nice and the unit itself was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you for having us.
