Overall, not a bad place to stay. After staying at Ocean Reef the past 3 consecutive years for "MOTM" (a Parrot Head gathering) we've known the guests who have stayed in 502 the prior two years. This year, we stayed there and enjoyed the location.

This property was nice for our short stay. Beach access was great! Very peaceful area with access to everything needed.

This was a great beach getaway. We flew into Gulf Shores airport and it was only about 4 miles. We did not rent a car and everything was really walkable. It's not a hard area to navigate and there's live music everywhere. One thing we'd request is to have beach chairs available for us to take to the beach, since it's so close! Otherwise this is a great stay for the cost.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and the condo was exactly what we were hoping for.

Closet doors fell on my son. Lamp was broken. Both closets in the bed rooms were torn up. I contacted company immediately upon arrival and submitted pictures. Company stated they would have someone to come out. We were there 5 days and no one ever came. Main bed room bed was extremely uncomfortable. The noise from our guest above us was beyond words. When they used their washing machine, the sound made it seem like it was coming through the ceiling at any moment.
