Guests consistently praised the comfortable beds, private attached bathrooms, inviting living spaces, and the updated master bath with its walk-in shower. It's the first time this amazing condo is on a rental site and has been recently and completely renovated with all new furniture, four Smart flatscreen TVs (including a 65 ' in the living room), upgraded HD TV channels, and upgraded high-speed Internet for streaming on the Smart TVs. This retreat also features luxury vinyl plank and tile floors. With a wide array of activities on-site, there will be no delay in filling each vacation day with endless beach memories. When days heat up, the gulf-front shared pools, beach access, and hot tubs will be perfect for getting your fill of Vitamin D. Not to mention, you can take advantage of the shared fitness facility, sauna, or indoor pool if you want a break from the heat. When you find yourself spending some downtime at home base, the fun doesn't have to stop, as you can easily spend hours on the wraparound balcony with a cold drink and a new book in hand to really embrace the slow coastal lifestyle. Inside, everyone can spread out in the living room while favorite shows stream on the flatscreen TV or show off some culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen. This is an absolutely beautiful condo, right on the ocean; it's fully furnished and very comfortable! You can sit on the large expansive balcony and listen to the ocean waves, or you can walk outside and put your toes in the sand. The owners have included a number of books to read and board games to play, which came in handy when It rained one day during our visit. This was SO relaxing; we hope to return next year. Thank you!

The condo is in a great location. The beach access was wonderful. Swimming pools were great for grandchildren but the pool had no umbrella by the pool side and they were really needed. It was coming a severe storm when we arrived and we called Vacasa to see if we could have early check-in since the weather was so bad and was told no. The lady at the front desk told us that most companies are welling to work with you but Vacasa will not. It ended up raining 8 inches that day… The condo is very spacious and the balcony is very large. The condo rug in entry way and sitting was very dirty and needs to be replaced. The hall way stayed very wet from condensation and created a very slippery hazard. The dishes and cooking utensils had food residue on them. The condo needs to supply more bath towels and wash clothes. The parking pass for this place is $50.00 for 3 days.

Great condo. Very clean, quiet. Master Bedroom is fantastic, 2 other BR are smaller but they work great also. Porch is fabulous, great view. You will really enjoy this condo.
