The condo was repeatedly praised for being clean, quiet, and nicely updated. Its location stood out for easy beach access and convenient proximity to shops and restaurants. Guests especially loved the oceanfront balcony views and relaxing beachfront setting. The pool was also appreciated, along with convenient features such as keyless entry, easy check-in, and a fast elevator.

Overview

Perched on the fifth floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this centrally located condo boasts a private balcony for alfresco dining and a coveted beachfront location just steps from the sand! Walk to the waves, or soak up the sun in the shared Gulf-front pool. Additional resort-style amenities include a large sundeck, shared patio, grilling area with picnic tables, and an outdoor shower. Dining and shopping options, as well as Gulf State Park Pier, are within a short walk. Or rent bicycles at Beach Bike Rentals and explore the Hugh Branyon nature trail through Gulf State Park. Partake of nearby parasailing, fishing, and boating activities, or find fun for the whole family at Adventure Island. After a day at the beach, relax in the open living area, furnished with a plush sofa bed. Watch a new movie on the 55” cable TV. Start the day off right by preparing a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar. Perks include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and Netflix capabilities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. The shared pool is unheated. Parking is not available for RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, or 4-wheelers. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Loved how it was beachfront and had a pool. The washer and dryer were a huge plus the management team was easy to communicate with and check-in and check out where flawless. However, there were no beach amenities like chairs or umbrellas so plan on renting those. The condo had the bear essentials. The king size bed was nice and the tv in the living room was a plus, but the other furniture is a little outdated as was the kitchen area and kitchen utensils. I wish some cleaning essentials like a broom were left where a guest could reach them. We have a 10 month old and crawling on the floor was not ideal.

This condo was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was room for more, with bunk beds and a sofa bed, but we didn't need. All in all, a pleasant stay, not luxurious but adaquate. The floors (no rugs) got a little slippery with humidity when the balcony door was open and the decor is a little minimal, however, comfortable stay, close to the beach and pool!

Loved the location of the unit. Right on water, beautiful view. Unit could use a little Updating, but for being at the beach most of the time it was great. Appreciate the washer/dryer in the unit. Overall it was pretty clean. Master bed was comfortable. If you have to work please note the WiFi is spotty. Overall enjoyed it and thought Vacasa did a great job hosting.

I’ve used Vacasa for several years and have also stayed in many of the units at this establishment without any major issues at all. This particular unit wasn’t bad either, however, it could use a better paint job and a broom. I would recommend using Vacasa and the Clearwater condomendiums.
