Its location stands out for being right on the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, with easy beach access and a convenient elevator. Guests especially loved the gorgeous Gulf and ocean views from the balcony, with many highlighting the scenic beachfront setting as a standout feature. The pool, washer and dryer, strong air conditioning, secure feel, and peaceful smaller-building atmosphere added to the overall appeal.

Access and/or views of the beach will be obstructed or blocked completely. Pool access will be closed as necessary during repairs. Loud construction noises will be heard during standard working hours.

The location was good not as crowded as the larger complexes on the beaches.

The unit was on the beach and on a beautiful section of the beach. Maintenance appears not to be keeping up with the wear and tear. Saturday the elevator stopped working and my wife and I had to walk up to 5th floor. We are in our early 80s but exercise regularly so we weren’t impacted significantly. A fire truck was there when returned to the building and other guests said a person had been trapped on the inoperable elevator. We enjoyed the location and the unit was just adequate but the issues just left us a little disappointed with the facilities.

All you need is here: on the beach with great view, very clean, excellent A/C, master bed was a dream - it must be newer and I haven’t slept so well in ages, all basic amenities in working order. Had to ask for beach/pool access code and given wrong one but told that multiple guests had wrong ones. Wasn’t a big deal. Would be nice to provide some beach chairs or easy rental options.
