Newly Constructed Beach Home near the Gulf with Private W&D, Grill, Shared Pool, AC is consistently described as a great value, offering a spacious and beautifully designed layout that works especially well for groups and families. You will absolutely love this new construction (2018) Gold Fortified home located in the family oriented community of Blue Lagoon. This newly furnished beach cottage is couple friendly and will accommodate up to 8 guests with each bedroom being a master with it's own private bath. If you enjoy cooking, you will love the new appliances, granite counter tops, tile back splash and fully equipped kitchen. This home has luxury bleached barn-wood vinyl plank flooring throughout, vertical exterior cement-board and batten siding, metal roof, Bahama Shutters, 3 balconies, 9 ft ceilings, grey and white tone interior and cozy furnishings.
