Great place to stay. Great access to beach

I have nothing good to say about this condo or Vacasa. I'll give short version but he story is long. Wrong address was given, pool across the street. Wrong access code to enter condo, took over an hour for someone to finally help. Dirty coffee pot with old coffee grounds. Blood stained comforter, mold growing on window sill. Got tow away warning with my parking pass on dashboard. Sewage smell coming from one bathroom. Spent entire weekend trying to get help through emails, text and phone calls. I got nothing!! This is a health hazard with mold and huge blood stains. Im disappointed. No customer service whatsoever. Never again Vacasa! Y'all suck

This place needs new floors, paint, furniture and decor. The walls are dirty looking and stained. The furniture might be from the 90s. The beds are super firm not comfortable at all. The location i give a 10/10 but that’s all i will give it. A warning on parking in the description would be helpful and maybe clean the walls. Im not 100% sure but i think there’s blood on the master bedroom wall. The ceiling fan blades all droop down towards the ground they’re for looks only. The decor is all rusted. The decks look like they could fall at any time. This place definitely needs a makeover. No sand is supposed to be in the room but yet there’s no where to wash your feet off. There’s a water hose but it’s locked. The location is the only thing that makes this place likeable. It’s not really worth the money at all. We won’t be staying here again and I doubt i will book anything through this owner again.

Everything was perfect for us and our kids! We could relax, play at the beach (just a few steps away), and then come back and cook us something to eat. Everything there that you need (minus a can opener lol but not a big deal) to cook for a family and plenty of room to put snacks, etc for the week. 10/10 recommend!! I hope we can go back again! And the pool across the road was really nice as well!

We loved the location and the condo has plenty of room. Loved the washer and dryer. Unit could use updated mattresses, and flooring is getting in bad shape. If you're boujee this is not the condo for you but if you don't focus on things like that then this is good for the price. Needs some TLC for sure. Overall we still enjoyed our vacation!
