Enjoy cooking something tasty in the well-equipped kitchen, or take dinner to the shared gas grill for an extra sear. Board games are included for post-beach fun! You can also enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and tennis center during their stay. An elevator in the building adds convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).

Location is the only positive! And I hate to leave a bad review, but this needs to be said. Homeowners need to update, beds, refrigerator and overall cleanliness was very poor!

Had a great stay. Friendly neighbors and easy access to the pools and beach. Customer service was really great making sure we checked in ok and had no problems. Appliances dated but worked with no issues. Really enjoyed our stay!

They threw some paint on this place and haven’t changed anything else in 50+ years. Everything was broken. The trash can lid was broken so my baby was constantly in it. The tub drains would take 15-20 minutes to drain. The appliances are so old! The oven smoked out the entire condo and set the alarm off the first night just on preheat so we couldn’t use it. It was so old the poor service lady was at a loss to fix it. The eyes of the stove didn’t fit and were a literal danger to use bc they were so loose. We were brought a cheap hot plate that smoked so bad when we plugged it up it gagged us. All our groceries we bought to cook were wasted. None of the cabinets had handles and all stuck/knocked together. The fridge and freezer were filled with water the entire time and kept dripping inside. The guard to the bottom of the fridge was off. The beds were so squeaky and terrible. The pad on the lay out couch barely made a difference, you could feel all the bars it was actually painful to sleep on. All the furniture had dark stains on the cushions/pillows from over use and age. The backs of the table chairs were broken bamboo and stuck out poking you in the back. We had soiled sheets in the closet. Both times the service lady was sent we didn’t approve entry, the sencond time we had no clue but they left the picture off the wall and the breaker box open. “Billie” offered over the phone to fix things or give a refund for the oven issues but we never heard back from her. Even the customer service texts were rude and kept telling me to “allow some time for assistance” that never came. The only nice thing I can say about this place was that thankfully all the amenities around it were short walking distance bc in the inside was terrible. We even lost power for seven hours during a storm (which I understand is a nature issue) but all the noise from the squeaky beds made it impossible to sleep with no power. This is such a nice location if they would upgrade the unit.
