Condo with Gulf-facing balcony, shared pool, hot tub, gym

Could not have chosen a better view of the gulf.

Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again

Overall we loved and enjoyed our stay! The amenities on site were clean and well kept. My 4 year old loved the indoor pool and outdoor pool! The view from the 7th floor was beautiful and having the beach a short walking distance down the boardwalk was perfect! We loved that it was a little ways away from the “main areas” so it didn’t feel as crowded. The condo itself was cutely decorated and had the “necessities”. Some things to mention, but weren’t deal breakers: -initially walking in the floors and bathroom didn’t feel very clean. There was also a note in the cabinet stating to only clean counters with water. I’m sure to protect the counters but doesn’t seem sanitary for between guests. -the patio door does not lock. Vacasa came out to look at it and the conclusion was a piece was broken and it locks unless you pull with strength. Having two littles this worried us increasingly so since the railing on the balcony was a bit wobbly. -the master bed was rock hard. But we were worn out each day chasing two littles so it didn’t stop us from getting rest! -dishes were well stocked, except I would maybe add a cookie sheet! -bring laundry soap and take advantage of the washer and dryer so you go home with laundry done ✔️ We are so thankful to have been guests at this condo and were not ready to leave!

We enjoyed our stay for our family of 4. We wanted to be out of the busy Gulf Shores area and this was perfect! Only a short drive to a variety of restaurants; however there are 4 restaurants very close in proximity. We LOVED the view of the ocean from the main living space and master bedroom. The balcony stays shaded so it’s a great spot to enjoy meals. We couldn’t figure out how to stream from the main TV, so I would suggest bringing your Roku or Fire Stick if you want to have a movie night or stream from the main room. If you’re an avid cook, I would suggest bringing your own cookware if possible. The ones provided are not that great. We loved the pools and the short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!

Enjoyed visit

We loved the two bedrooms and the availability of a washer and dryer in the unit! It rained a lot and we utilized the dryer daily! Check in/out was a breeze. We used the indoor pool (so nice!) when it was raining, but it was closed shortly after due to lightning. The view from this condo is unbeatable! Beautiful!!! One of these days, they will hopefully fix the main outdoor pool bathrooms! The pools are great, but every year we have been there, the bathrooms are closed! We utilized the gym for the first time this year, and it was perfect! This was our last trip for awhile, but we have been to Plantation Palms 4 out of 5 years! Would recommend for a low key family vacation!
