Beach-view retreat with shared gym, pool, and beach access

The rooms were very clean a gentleman was there when we arrived putting new shampoo and soap in bathrooms the one bedroom tv needed a new humidity cord we told him not to worry with it we weren't going to watch much tv. I would definitely be booking again in the future

This place was very clean. Had a refrigerator with ice and water . Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Th condo was very nice but the mattresses on both beds were very uncomfortable. So was the couch and the recliner was broken. I would go back to the property but I would choose a different unit.

It was very quiet and peaceful.

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The condo was fully furnished and provided everything you’d need for the kitchen and bathrooms. Upon arrival, check-in was simple, and everything was clean and easy to find. Resort amenities and the beach were only steps away. We had no issues with our stay, our kids loved it, and we would definitely book this space again!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a little weekend getaway. The complex was nice and had all we needed. I loved that it had a coffee shop in it. the security team was really nice and actually did their jobs. (We have been places where the booth was always unmanned) the condo itself was nice, but it was small. It really wouldn't be comfortable for more than 4 people. The beach was just steps away and there was several pools including an indoor one. The hot tub heater was out and we were very disappointed. According to an owner, it had been out for over a week. It was about 20 mins away from the main area, but there are things in Fort Morgan if you don't want to drive 20 mins. There is a bar & grill in the complex and several down the street. There is even a market and Dollar General within a few miles. I would stay here again.
