Renovated Gulf-front condo with lovely view, balcony, AC, W&D & pool was described as a great value, offering plenty of space and a layout that worked especially well for groups and families with private bathrooms for each bedroom. Guests found the condo comfortable, with comfy beds, a relaxing balcony with rocking chairs, and convenient in-unit laundry that added to an easy stay. The property was frequently praised for being clean, well maintained, organized, and well stocked. Its location stood out as excellent, with direct beach access, easy access to the pool, and convenient proximity to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Guests consistently loved the beautiful Gulf and ocean views from the balcony and beachside rooms, calling the setting relaxing and ideal for enjoying the breeze and watching the water. Repeated highlights also included the pool area, secure feel of the property, grilling area, and thoughtful beach extras such as chairs and sand toys.

We loved the chairs on the balcony. Loved the furnished body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Ocean House 2 is an older property. Our specific condo 2501 needs furnishings updated but overall was ok. Security is a priority and the pool and beach access are great.

A little dated. Couch not comfortable. Only 1 kitchen towel and no dish cloths. No hot pads or pot holders. The middle bathroom drain plugged up and they were very fast to fix it! It should have been noted up front on the rental that there is a parking charge and it's cash only payment! It was $40 for our 3 days. When I booked the condo there was no mention of this "extra charge". I happened to find it prior to leaving and inquired about it. This is a charge separate from Vacassa which from my understanding they do not get any of that money. However, they should put that straight up front when you're looking at units to rent. That was an extra $40 for three nights I don't know what it would be if someone were staying for a full week. Seemed a little deceiving to have that extra cash only charge. They say that the price you see is the full price taxes and fees included. But they neglect to tell you about this fee. Anytime I ask questions prior to arriving and after arriving they were very quick to respond. All in all a good little getaway. Those few issues need to be addressed.

The door barely locks, the floors and rugs were disgusting, there were no blankets. Attempts were made to contact Vacasa with lots of apologies and no solutions. None of the issues were resolved by the time we left. We will not be staying with Vacasa again.
