Gulf View Condo w Balcony & Resort Pool Tennis Sauna Gym

We loved the outdoor space on the balcony and the convenience of the unit being so close to the elevator. Everything was excellent outside the king size mattress in the master bedroom which needs to be replaced.

The Beach Club itself doesn't disappoint with the views and experience. Being away from the crowds but able to drive to do things easily is a plus. The third time going with staying in 3 different condos. Overall the condo was pretty clean but out of the 3 was the worst. Like others have stated in previous stays, the condo needs some TLC. Rugs are still dirty and stained, couches and throw pillows needs replaced. Outlet by main bed can be pulled out of wall. Had to fix the main bed as the supports under it weren't set correctly and when laying on it, it felt like it was going to cave in. Had to put a blanket over the window in spare bedroom as curtain still let a lot of light in from the hallway.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo needs some updating and a few other things like paint touch up. The couch needs cleaned really good. The front bedroom needs some kind of blackout curtains. The hallway lights are still really bright even with the shades turned down. Also be aware, you will have to pay The Beach Club, or Spectrum mgmt for a wrist band to use to access amenities.

This was our 1st stay at the Beach Club and the property is beautifully landscaped. 306c is the perfect unit. I loved the balcony furniture and spent a good bit of time out there. It was a perfect long weekend getaway. We look forward to staying there again.

The rugs, throw pillows, couches, dining chairs could use a good, deep cleaning. There were spots and visible stains on all of the above mentioned items. We pulled out the sofa bed because our little boy wanted to see it, and the mattress was gross. Thankfully, we didn't need to utilize it as a bed. We've stayed in this same room a few years ago and the furniture was in much better condition. We've definitely stayed in better decorated and maintained properties. It was fine for an off-season rate, but I definitely would not pay peak-season rates for this room and lack of updates/deep cleaning/maintenance of rugs, etc.
