Waterfront home with a private deck, gas grill, WiFi, & central AC is described as spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, with a layout that worked well for families and groups. Guests consistently praised the clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated interior, along with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen that supported easy meal preparation. The property was repeatedly appreciated for its excellent beachfront location, with convenient walking access to nearby dining, shops, and local attractions. Views stood out as a highlight, with guests enjoying beautiful beach scenery, outstanding sunrise moments, and frequent dolphin watching from the balcony. There’s no better place to start - or end - the day than from the balcony of this corner coastal condo. Not only will you want to sip your morning coffee there each morning as you take in unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to miss watching the surf with a favorite night-time beverage in hand as the sun sets each evening. Step inside the sliding glass doors to an open-space living and dining area, including comfy seating for watching favorite shows on the TV, a dining table for six with additional breakfast bar seating for three more, and a full-size, well-appointed kitchen waiting for the chefs in the family to whip up delicious meals and beach treats.
