I loved the view of the beach and everything included in the kitchen and the boogie boards. There were several small things that could be fixed to make it better such as covering all the outlets, shower curtains in the bathrooms, and some instructions for the TV. The primary bed was okay. The view of the beach was amazing!

The view and enclosed in deck are exceptional. The one stationary window on the deck has a broken vapor seal creating a stained and cloudy glass. This has existed for an extended period of time, (During our 30 day stay last year and this year). Finally.... If there is to be ongoing construction noise at the property, it should be disclosed, (As is the standard practice), in the online advertising associated with the rental.

We stayed here for the Sand in my Boots festival. Just over a 20 min walk to festival. Beach access was great and the beach service for chairs and umbrellas is right there. The balcony is the best part. The front room got a little warm but that’s to be expected being over the beach. Note this condo is not close to many quick places to eat so we just door dashed groceries and it was great.
