Clean condo at reasonable price compared to others

We encountered several delays on the interstate and did not arrive for check-in until after 8:00 PM once inside the condo upon looking around, I came to the conclusion that we must’ve somehow been given the wrong unit. As we began to turn on the lights and look around I was shocked and mortified. I decided to tackle the issues the following morning after a nights sleep. Unfortunately, I did not have a good night sleep, nor did my other family members. Both beds were extremely soft and broken in feeling as we rolled to the center, and felt like we were sleeping in hammocks. The fitted sheet on the second bed was very rough. the carpets need to be vacuumed/shampooed and the sofa and dining chairs are stained with spots and spills, and even have crumbs. I’m not certain what can be done about the furnishings other than bringing us more towels or blankets to cover them up with before using them. A can of Lysol for solid surfaces and a can of Lysol for fabric might help. looks like they got this furniture from Goodwill 20 years ago donated by a frat house! Even the new refrigerator is dented like it came from a scratch and dent sale. I am too embarrassed to take family photos inside. I also wanna point out that I’ve never stayed in a VRBO, Airbnb or VACASA that didn’t at least have salt and pepper, a pot holder to get hot things out of the oven or even a couple of coffee filters. The kitchen was not equipped with enough items to prepare meals or store them. The frustration in anguish of my multiple attempts to communicate the issues fell on deaf ears, and I was pacified with alleged concern that produced no solution. No broom! No cleaning supplies at all, blood on the mattress pad and some kind of stains on our sheets mold on the faucets in the bathroom, bathrooms and furniture, too filthy to sit on as well as broken carts for getting luggage and people sitting their garbage outside their doors in the hall and it’s smelling in the baking heat! I must’ve contacted VACASA no less than a dozen times and nobody ever responded with help.

The room is so comfortable and people are super friendly. Away from the busy town and relaxing.
