Gulf-front corner condo with wraparound balcony, pools, beach access

Best view we have ever had.

Unit was clean.

The condo itself was very nice. But on day one the ac was broken. We contacted someone about it. Nothing was done. We did the same for day 2,3, and 4 and nothing was done. By day 4 no one still had come out to fix it. The ac was at 83 during the day and 78 at night every day during our stay. Just disappointed we were told it would be fixed everyday and coming to check and contacting over and over and nothing was being done. Then when asked if they could do anything for us they said they submitted a request but can’t guarantee anything. Like I said the trip was nice the condo was nice but nothing was done to help fix the AC issue and we were there for 5 days

I would give 707 Lei Lani a zero star if I had the option. While there is an A/c, the west facing direction of the rental was not enough to cool the condo. Kept unit on 72 degees, lowest temp during day was 78. Sadly, I saw a comment before our stay and asked about A/C and was told it worked properly. This is obviously not true because the unit is not adequate to cool the rental, which was later Admitted by the rental company. Multiple Fans on had did nothing. The owners and Vacasa should be ashamed for taking people’s money and not being honest upright. That’s the main issues, but there were other: unclean, basic light fixtures with bulb only … on and on and on.

The room was nice and well equipped. Wish the ac would have worked better! Beautiful views. Enjoyed our stay.
