RESORT AMENITIES - Indoor heated pool - Seasonal unheated outdoor pool (March through October) - Kiddie pool - Fitness center - Hot tub THINGS TO KNOW Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season.

The views and the indoor pool

Pelican Point is a centralized location. The condo has 3 bedrooms and has a sleeper sofa, providing plenty of room for a large party. The views from the patio looking out across the beach and the water is breath taking. The kitchen provided plenty of dishes and cookware, even though we didn't cook in. The room could use some intense spot cleaning but I am a clean freak. Great place to get away and relax during the off season.

There were many Problems. The property manager knew of these and yet rented to us. This unit needs a total update to be acceptable. Dirty, broken furniture, walls and trim need repair and paint. A large cost and a ruined vacation. Certainly a disappointment.
