Beachfront 13th-floor condo with balcony, hot tubs, pools, & tennis courts

We had a great time. The resort was really nice. But the condo needed some love. I do not expect perfection in a rental home. But I do expect everything to look nice and be usable for its main function. The furniture was completely destroyed. Beds were creaking even when you touched them let alone sit on them. The arm chairs in the living room were falling apart and the spring was actually coming out of one of them and you couldn’t sit in it. Kitchenware was cracked and unusable. Bathrooms were very clean. I loved that. Most places it’s the opposite. If you plan to go to this resort on a busy holiday weekend, plan for parking! There is one spot for the condo and any other spot is first come first serve and there are not enough spaces for each condo to have 2 cars. The beach. Ok again, I am fully aware I am going to walk to the beach. If you have small kids, this may not be the condo for you. To get to the beach, you have to get shuttled then walk about half a mile to the beach from the walkway. Without kids, no issue. But with kids… no thanks. The amenities were great. Pools were clean the staff was great. The harbor was amazing. I do not want this to be a negative review but just some things that I experienced that you may want to be aware of before renting this space. Not for kids under 10.

We were upgrade to this location for our honeymoon and were overwhelmed with gratitude! This exceeded our expectations and made our honeymoon even more special than we ever imagined. Thanks Vacasa!!!

This unit is fantastic. All the balconies here are huge, and this unit is 100% beach facing. The unit was very clean, and worked very well for our family. We love the Caribe!

Penthouse level view of the ocean at an affordable cost. The unit was clean and well appointed with furnishings to accommodate smaller families ~ 6 or less is ideal. All the aspects were functioning and in good condition. Great views and friendly staff

Unit was dirty, bathroom drawer front torn off and in the floor, hole in living room wall, trim above refrig door falling off, main bedroom tv wouldn’t work, dirty bath cloth left above shower curtain, whirlpool tub wouldn’t hold water and faucet leaking and even after I sent pics of this nobody called to help. They sent maint workers for two days to work on some of the issues. Terrible customer service. Won’t ever waste my time and my friends time using Vacasa ever again.

The amenities at the Caribe are awesome! The resort is very nice & well maintained. This particular condo is very spacious & was very clean upon my arrival. The view from the windows & balcony is beautiful. I would definitely stay at the Caribe & at this particular condo again.
