A king size bed and queen size bed plus a sofa sleeper equip this two-bedroom, two and one-half bath to accommodate six people comfortably. Convenient features include a wet bar with ice machine and a Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath with a separate shower. Make this tropical paradise your next beach destination. Things to Know This unit will be undergoing the application of a new exterior, durable wall coating. The project is expected from 11/9-12/3 (subject to change due to weather), and during this time, the balcony will be unavailable for use. There will be no impact to interior space related to the construction, except that all patio items must be stored inside the unit for the duration of the project time, which may create some inconvenience. Additionally, noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

The beach

Property is in serious need of repairs and upgrades. The carpeting was stained, ripped and frayed in multiple areas. The walls in the apartment were scuffed and dirty. There was standing water in the spare Full bath behind the toilet. There was HAIR, yes hair in the stand alone ice maker. The dryer was scratched and severely rusted on top and required a load to be run twice to fully dry clothes. Was provided the wrong WiFi code for the property with the check-in email and didn't hear from them until late on day 2. Additionally, the tv option in the residence that is using antiquated satellite service that is absolutely terrible. View on the balcony was the only thing that was truly positive. Would not stay here again unless significant modifications were completed. And the fact I booked this through Marriott Homes and Villas, this was extremely subpar and nowhere close to the mark I have come to expect with Marriott affiliate property as a Lifetime Titanium member with them.

Location is fantastic. The unit is spacious and provided kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. Planning to return soon.
