I love how close the building is to the sand. Short boardwalk to the beach. Direct view of the beautiful beach. We went in January and it was so pretty. Nothing on the beach to distract from the view, not even many people. But, this unit needs some deep cleaning and repairs. It needs mechanical and cosmetic work, but it was convenient, local management staff were quick to address my concerns/issues. I would not stay in this unit again, but it was ok for this 4 night stay. Next time I will pay more and get a nicer unit. The building is fine but you enter your room (most rooms) from outside in the elements. Parking is outside, no deck, which is fine, especially if it's not in the blazing heat of summer. And there seems to be plenty of parking. Especially in January. Location is good. We didn't get in the pool but we did verify it is heated. I would stay in the building again, just not unit 504.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. The location couldn’t be better—right on the water with stunning ocean views from the unit. Vacasa, the leasing agent, provided excellent service and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Check-in was seamless and quick, allowing us to settle in right away. Our grandchildren absolutely loved spending their days playing in the sand and splashing in the pool, creating lasting memories for the whole family. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a beachfront getaway!
