We loved everything about this condo unit. We had a great view of the water. We had great walking distance to the beach. Every amenity of home you can possibly need. We will definitely be back, hopefully this year.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We checked in on Tuesday & on Wednesday morning (after we had bought $300 worth of groceries) I went to make breakfast for my family and realized the stove did not work. I’m pretty sure it was from 1975. I contacted Vacasa immediately & got the run around all day. There was no communication unless I reached out to them. Then finally someone from their local team came by at 4:45pm & told us “they’ve told the owner to update appliances but they can’t make them” & then it was implied that it would be fixed the next day. It was never fixed our entire stay, even though again we were told someone would be by between 10am-12pm on Friday. It was never fixed. We also found MOLD on two of the air vents. We brought it up with the property manager & he proceeded to wash the vent with his bare hands without taking any precautions. So hopefully our 9 month old wasn’t exposed to anything with long lasting effects. They have now told us all they can do is give us a $100 refund ($25 per day for the stove not working & nothing for the mold). However, $100 doesn’t even start to cover the $300 worth of groceries that couldn’t be used or the $300 we had to spend on eating out. I would never recommend this property or booking app.
