Gulf-front condo with pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, central AC & washer/dryer

Larger unit than we expected. Elevators right in front of my designated parking. Elevator opened almost directly in front of the unit. Beautiful gulf views and a 6 person patio table. Use covered outdoor grills by pool with seating area. Avery warm late summer trip. We will be back

As soon as we arrived there were crumbs all over the couches. We had to vacuum that and wipe counters down. Next problem was the digital door lock. Worked first night then second night we ended up being locked out with a 3 month old in the heat. Codes weren’t working and was told battery was dead which is why it wouldn’t open. Was told would be a hour for someone to come. While waiting we got another code and it ended up working so thought all was good. Left a window unlocked just in case. Turns out we had to use a window to get in next time we left. So I went and got a battery with my own money and replaced it. Lo and behold still did not work. Guy came out next day and said it was dead battery and gave us new code. I know it wasn’t a battery but the code did work rest of stay. Wet towels were left in the dryer, come to find out the washer was completely broken. So could not wash any towels or clothes. Had to go buy towels just to dry off. Another small thing, only had one trash bag so had to go buy trash bags as well, which I might just be over reacting on but other places always have trash bags. Terrible parking garage as well. Really really tight. If the other apartments beside us were rented, we would have never gotten into our parking spots.

Great view of the Gulf of Mexico! Sand was white and found many seashells! Very spacious apartment. Very clean!!

Very clean smelling fresh everything was excellent the view was beautiful

Loved that it had 3 bathrooms!!!
