A spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico greets you each and every morning at this Gulf-front condo on the shores of Orange Beach. From your covered balcony on the sixth floor, you can watch the sun come up, glimpse dolphins playing in the waves, and gaze out across the shimmering white-sand shore. Regency Isle is a beachfront property on Perdido Key, about four miles east of the heart of Orange Beach. On the grounds, enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a steam room, a fitness center, and a picnic pavilion with gas grills. When you're ready to get out and explore, head to beautiful Perdido Key State Park (four miles), Gulf State Park (seven miles), or The Wharf (nine miles). After a day spent swimming and paddleboarding, retreat upstairs to unwind in blissful central air conditioning. Bring a good book outside to one of the lounge chairs on the balcony, move over to the table for cocktails and card games, and soak up the cool breeze and sweeping view at golden hour. The interior feels incredibly spacious thanks to the open floor plan, strategically placed mirrors, and a rear wall of glass framing the Gulf. Enjoy a breezy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, space to dine at both the table and the breakfast bar, and smart TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom, including a Gulf-front primary suite which opens to the balcony. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please be advised that scheduled building and balcony improvement work will take place from October 5, 2026, through January 2027. As part of this project, the building exterior will receive a new durable wall coating, and various balcony-related improvements will be completed. Balcony work for this unit is currently anticipated between November 9 and December 3, 2026 (dates are subject to change due to weather and construction conditions). The balcony resurfacing process is expected to take approximately 19 days, during which time the balcony will be completely inaccessible to guests. All patio furniture and balcony items will be moved inside the unit and must remain there throughout the project. Due to the resurfacing process and required curing periods, furniture cannot be returned to the balcony at any time during the project, even if work is not actively taking place on a particular day. Guests should also expect workers to be present on or immediately outside the balcony during scheduled work hours. Additionally, the outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed from November 9 through December 3, 2026, while construction activities are taking place in the area. Guests should expect construction-related noise, equipment, dust, vibrations, and worker activity around the property during daytime hours throughout the project. Please note that the building elevator may be closed or unavailable at certain times during construction, requiring guests to use the stairs. If you or anyone in your party has difficulty using stairs, please take this into consideration before booking or traveling. During the construction period, the property will operate under an Open Parking Policy. A valid parking pass will still be required for all vehicles; however, all parking spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reserved parking spaces cannot be guaranteed.
