Serene water view condo with pools, sauna, tennis court, fitness center, W&D is described as a wonderful, family-friendly place that guests loved and would gladly return to. The condo is noted as clean, comfortable, and well suited for families, with very comfortable beds, hot showers with great water pressure, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Guests consistently praised the excellent location for being close to shopping and restaurants, with easy beach access and convenient access around the property. The beautiful ocean and pool views were a standout, complemented by nicely manicured grounds and a pleasant courtyard setting. Guests also appreciated the pools, beach access, outdoor grills, grassy play area, and well-kept resort grounds.

Spend some time digging your feet into the sand and reading your favorite book as you bask in the sun. Return to your condo after you've had your fun-filled morning and enjoy the serene interior decor, sure to make you feel right at home. Plop your luggage right down on the floor and melt into the soft cushions of the couch in the living area, then head into the full kitchen and cook up something delectable for everyone at home using the appliances provided. This condo features plenty of fun ways to spend your time with its on-site amenities: bring your favorite tennis racket and challenge your friend to a couple of matches, then hop into a bathing suit and take a swim in the cool and refreshing pool. Things to Know Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

We normally stay in gulf shores turn right at the hangout, this was the first time I’ve ever stayed on the orange beach side. The pool was amazing, parking was convenient, and the beds in ever room slept good (first for that as well). It was also close to everything which we loved.

This property was not what I expected. The actual resort was fantastic. The pools were cleaned the security there was amazing, but I had other things to say about our room. For one it was not very clean. Surface cleaning was done, but that room is in need of a deep clean. There should not be dust balls on the walls and The doors. Also, one of the dining room chairs was broke, and the others were all on their way to being broken also. The washer only ran hot water and would not run cold water in the dryer did not dry clothes very well. You could not use the closets because there were no hangers and they were used a storage closet store in cans of paint, throw pillows, etc. The Wi-Fi password I was sent was incorrect and I had to try to figure out what the correct password was when I did finally figure out the correct password. The Wi-Fi connection was not very good. It took several times to download a book on my Kindle. The code to get into the door was extremely long so I would have to pull my phone out and try to type in this extremely long code sometimes with my hands full every time I wanted to enter my room. There was hardly any furniture on the balcony, so it wasn’t very feasible to set out there. There was only one chair and then a table with two chairs at it. The balcony door in the master bedroom did not open. The fans and light switches were very confusing and hard to figure out. It took us three nights of staying there to figure out how to leave the fan on in our bedroom. Also, there were not very many kitchen items and they all had to be cleaned because they were put away dirty in the cabinets. The ice machine also did not work in the freezer. Overall, it was disappointing and I would not stay there again.
