Location Location Location........Wonderful set up!! We stayed 5 nights and would love to book again!! Absolutely!! Bella Vista is a Great Rental and Vacasa is so easy and helpful with any issues that may come up. The dishwasher was the only issue we had. Wi-Fi fast, TV's nice, Plenty of sitting area (inside and out on the Decks) Can Hardly Wait to Come Back!!!

loved the cleanliness of the home. the space was just what we needed. Also amazing to walk down the stairs and be right at the water! The house was very well decorated and comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed another night but Missouri was calling for 4-6 inches of snow forcing us to make it home before the snow.

We loved the location of the home. So close to the water, right on the beach. Living room and deck furniture was much better than other places we’ve stayed with plenty of seating. We did see a total of 3 roaches while there but they were all almost dead so it may have been from a recent pest treatment that drove them out.

This house is located right on the beach. We loved being able to go out on the beach and not worry about a canopy or umbrella because the house gave us a perfect amount of shade. The one huge downside to this house is the persistent issue with Palmetto bugs in the house. Everyday we killed multiple and even had one in our car when we left. Unfortunate, because it’s a good house otherwise.

Bella Vista is in the perfect spot on Dauphin Island. We loved how cozy and comfortable the house is. We had everything we needed. We LOVED hearing the waves crashing outside all day every day.
