Beachfront condo with pool, private balcony, and washer and dryer

Unit was very clean and well cared for.

View was wonderful. Furnishings were in good shape. Apartment was very clean. Good experience

Extremely disappointed in our stay, the local team, and their lack of response to issues - also disappointed that Vacasa corporate was not able to take any real action to compensate us for all the frustration with this stay. Local team reached out once, but because it wasn’t convenient for us at the time they never reached back out, even with the following issues: no hot water in the hall bath, the flimsy shower wand in the master bath that would get hot, but not stay hot (when you turned up the heat so you wouldn’t freeze a few minutes later you were scalded), there was no response at all when I let them know that the air-conditioning would pump in the main areas, but not in the master bedroom (I had to leave the door open in order to get cool air in), the overhead kitchen light was big, but flickering to the point that we just had to leave it off, and we were having to swap batteries from the different remotes just to be able to watch TV in the den - that was the only thing the local team took care of by dropping off some batteries Wednesday morning. I gave them permission to come in Wednesday to address all issues and I don’t know if they did. We will not return and we actually left a day early, which we have never done on a vacation before. I tried working with the local team and Vacasa corporate to get an adjustment to my bill for all of the inconveniences, but was not successful.

The location of the property and amenities were wonderful! We enjoyed the view from the balcony and easy access to the beach.

Very nice condo, great view from balcony, super clean, and perfectly relaxing. Everything looks just like the pic. Would stay here again.
