Stunning beachfront condo with a full kitchen, private balcony, & shared pools

We love the location. WE have been coming here for 8 years and staying long term. we already booked for next year.

We had a wonderful stay!! Great memories for our family & let’s face it, that’s why you plan these trips. The view is just as beautiful as described by other guests. The property itself is in excellent condition & that almost always points to a proactive & responsible board of directors. Security guard Rick was super nice and helpful. The kids LOVED the condo and amenities. If you really want to pick the place apart, which you can do practically anywhere you stay, you’ll find stuff. There is a consistent theme of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” with items that remain and things that look like they’ve been replaced. But I choose to focus more on, how did we “feel” about our vacation? How did it feel while we were there? And we just had the absolute best, relaxing time! Yes, the TVs could use a 2025 upgrade. That is a matter of the owner telling the property manager- hey, run down to Target or Walmart and pick out a new living room TV and bill me for it. For whatever reason, they’ve chosen to ride these old TVs out for what must be 10 years or more. But I have to say, you think you or your kids are going to miss Netflix and Hulu & Disney. And maybe some people do. But we didn’t - you’re on vacation! All that stuff will be waiting for you when you get back home. Once we realized the kids didn’t care, we got over it. Master bedroom mattress is a little tough & squeaky. That’s a conversation to be had - and I have to imagine property mgr and owner have had that conversation and it’s just stalled. The kids beds are great & our boys loved that room. Back bedroom & the view in there is wonderful. I was proactive & brought my Keurig from home and would recommend others do the same if it’s important to you. Just work around the outdated stuff & you’ll be fine. Bring your Amazon stick or Roku if you think someone’s gonna be upset. Otherwise, the place was CLEAN and was all & all just what the doctor ordered. I actually liked some of the old wall paintings because it reminded me of staying in a condo when you were a kid yourself. There was definitely some charm to the place not being completely made over by an interior designer and looking cookie cutter in every regard. I know my comments will auto trigger a manager response of “we’ll pass this along to our operations team” and I get it. Vacasa was great. We didn’t need anything, all the lightbulbs worked, we had towels and utensils and all the rinky dink little items you look around for. We will definitely be back!! When we were packing up, my oldest said - “I wish we had one more day” and “when are we coming back”? I am leaving 5 stars to try to bump this thing up from the quite curious 2 or 3 star reviews where people seemed happy. It is a charming beach condo!!

We loved the space this unit provided for our family. Loved the umbrella and beach chairs (and some sand toys) left in the closet for us to use. Loved the large wrap around balcony!

The view for sunsets was awesome. The corner unit had views to the Ferris Wheel at OWA, the western sky for beautiful sunsets and of course the view of the white sandy beach and beautiful Gulf. The restuarant Coastal was just a short walk away. Hopefully I will be able to catch this gem next time!

We loved the location of the condo. It’s at the end with a bigger balcony. There’s not a lot of other condos nearby so the beach area wasn’t crowded either. We book Summerchase every year and can’t wait to come back next year.
