Waterfront condo with pools, a hot tub & tennis - snowbird-friendly

The unit was very comfortable, and kitchen had everything practical and needed except for a measuring cup you could read. Vacasa maintenance sent over on our second call a gentleman that took care of the loose kitchen faucet of what the first man did not. Fix the microwave light and refrigerator water filter. Great service by him. Our two months there was a very pleasant experience at this condo.

The location and view are amazing. The condo itself is nice. They absolutely would not let us enter an hour early despite the 40 degree temp. Minus the no filtered water, broken keurig, cracked tub, unable to use. The rental company is the worst I have experienced. Don't expect Heated Pool, or safe playground (glass). Oh that's the HOAs fault. They would not provide contact for HOA. Found it on my own.

This is a fantastic condo with an unbeatable view. It has very tasty decor and a nice living space. The carpets in the bedrooms are full of stains and look filthy. The bathrooms are ok. The kitchen is very nice with lots of dishes. The master bedroom needs a new mattress, it was very worn out. For a few days totally fine, but after a week difficult I assume.

Great Condo.

The corner room was great with all the windows. I was there to rest and rewind but didn't get effective rest with the mattress in the main bedroom it is completely broken down the middle. It made my body out of alignment , like my butt was in a hole and the rest of my body was twisted.

I loved how the place was laid out. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The view of the gulf was breathtaking and the beach wasn’t over crowded. I highly recommend this rental, I will come back here again.
