And find fun, family-friendly attractions at places like Adventure Island, less than a mile away, and Waterville USA, only six miles from this rental. Kitchen was great size, rooms were very clean and comfortable, fold out couch needed bedding but with one phone call it was delivered within the hour. Balcony view was beautiful, we had 8 in our 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and it all worked out fine. We will definitely be back in 2026.

Condo was great size for group of 4 but if it had been larger, it would have been hard. The couch that turns into a bed is probably the worst I've ever seen. So bad, that I am not sure you can even consider it a bed. The TV in the master had a good picture but no sound and was replaced on our 3rd day. Toaster in the kitchen did not work and also the skillets were unusable. We cooked our bacon and eggs in a large pot! Condo was in a great location and although the Summer House is a bit run down, it does contain all the amenities. This is our 3rd stay and would recommend to others.
