Its location was highlighted as central, right on the beach, and convenient for quick beach access and easy arrival and departure. Guests especially loved the gorgeous Gulf and beach views from inside the condo and appreciated the beautiful sense of space throughout. Repeated positive experiences also included the pools, efficient elevators, grilling area, strong shower water pressure, and the separate ice maker.

This Gulf-front condominium is located right in the heart of Orange Beach, conveniently close to several shopping establishments, restaurants, and of course, the beach! This rental boasts a deep corner balcony with stunning beach views, a spacious living area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. For fun on-site, Summer House amenities include shared pools, a hot tub, poolside gazebo, grilling area, and a fitness room, among others! Free WiFi and central air-conditioning round out the interior perks. One sofa bed is included for extra sleeping space Shop, dine, or charter a deep-sea fishing excursion at SanRoc Cay Marina, less than three miles up the coast. For visiting golfers, try Craft Farms, only 10 miles away, as well as the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, just a little over 12 miles west. With the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead located just a couple miles from this rental, you can enjoy a day of exploring the 6,500-acre Gulf State Park on foot. And for local dining, Big Fish, Playa, Yoho Rum & Tacos, and the Gulf are all popular restaurants worth checking out. The view and space was spectacular! There were a few issues with the ice machine, but they were very accommodating and responsive! In the heat of the day the room warmed up due to the lack of curtain/blinds on the windows facing the ocean (but the view makes the space!) Over all a beautiful space and had an amazing stay!

The view is amazing, and the location of the condo is great. But the room was not very clean when we arrived. The air conditioning didn’t work and no one would help us. The toilets would only work sometimes. No outlets in the kitchen worked, and no outlets in the bathrooms worked.

This condo was very uncomfortable. The heat was unbearable. We had to leave the condo as soon as we woke up, just to stay cool. Only 2 plugs worked in the condo. The beds were comfortable. Beach access & pool were amazing. Customer service was difficult to communicate with. But we made the best of our time.

So our room for the most part was clean but no one ever looked at the pullout couch. I wrote in my other review about it, but it definitely needs to be addressed. We could only get one TV to work and the condo never got below 73° on our stay. There wasn't a broom to clean up any sand or anything we brought in from the beach but overall it was clean. We would definitely recommend this stay to others but would point out the oven, and broken window. Not for kids! And someone put a broom in there!
