Our group enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room for everyone! The only thing that I’d like to let people know is they have bare minimum of starter items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, washing detergent. So plan to bring that when you go. We did a Walmart pickup order when got there for everything we needed. They have a keurig and a regular coffee pot. I don’t think they provided coffee. I brought my own to the condo. The cell phones didn’t work good for phone calls but texting and WiFi was good.

Summer House 1204A is a nice unit with a nice view. Had to have a faucet in a bathroom fixed and Vascasa had someone there in a timely fashion. Only had a couple issues, but worked around them.

I loved this place. Ocean view was amazing. It was super clean. The door stopper wouldn’t stay up on the front door but that was no biggie. I’m sure it will be fixed soon. Easy access to stores and souvenir shops. Loved this place!!!!

This was a great place for our family to spend some time on the beach with great access to an indoor pool (the kids called the indoor hot tub/spa the "hot pool" because it's enormous). Close to everything.
