Family-friendly condo with a spacious living area, shared pools, & tennis courts

Easy access to condo and Sugar Shack is awesome

The parking fee was $35. The exact amount of the parking fee should be stated clearly on the website. My kids saw cockroaches at the condo building. My wife and I rented condos with vacasa many times. I had nothing but very pleasant experiences up to this point. However, this time, I was required to send the pictures of my driver’s license and selfie in order to get the entrance code. I had to do so at 11:45pm in front of the unit when my family was very tired and sleepy after 5 hours drive. This has never happened to me and my wife since my wife usually uses her American name to reserve condos from vacasa. This time, fortunately, I used my Japanese name to reserve the unit, and I was treated so differently. I felt that the different treatment was due to discrimination. In a way, I felt crushed from the very beginning of the trip. I felt as if I paid money to be treated as a very lesser human being. Needless to say, it became so unpleasant trip. I had no issues like that with other rental companies;(

Do Not Book – Misleading Listing! 1)This property was a major disappointment and did not match the photos at all. The entire place gave off the vibe of an old nursing home rather than a vacation condo. From the moment we stepped into the outdated and creepy hallways, we knew something was off! it felt more like an abandoned hospital than a welcoming rental. 2)The living room looked nothing like the pictures shown online, and the furniture was completely different, much older and worn down. The condo was dusty, the sheets were stained, and the carpet was visibly dirty. I even started sneezing right after walking in, which made me question the cleanliness of the space. 3)The only redeeming feature was the view, but that hardly made up for the rest of the experience. We ended up booking a hotel instead because we couldn’t bear to stay, and to make matters worse, we received no refund or compensation. Extremely dissatisfied! this listing is a clear case of false advertising.

Clean and conveniently located in Orange Beach. The pools are nice as well as the snack shack. However, there is apparent construction going on at the condo that we didn’t know about. Because of this, it was very difficult to find the room as many hallways were blocked. We also could not use the elevator because of this. The twin sized beds are extremely squeaky. The main bedroom lamp did not have a twist knob. There was not a blanket for the pull out couch. There were extra sheets and pillows, however. There was also a blow up mattress in the closet, but we did not need to use it. The street noise is extremely loud due to the sliding doors, but that is no fault of the condo, just due to the location.

The room was fine. It was dated, but in fine condition. The ice maker must be broken. It made a terrible loud knocking noise that kept us awake all night.

Vacasa team was very helpul thru text thread. Prompt in replying. Room was clean overall with a few harder to clean bathroom spots that could use some attention. Great access to beach and 4 clean pools. Covered parking and carts available for belongings. Hallways to rooms were a little creapy to me, but not used to older beach condos. Overall, a decent stay for the money. Would recommend a beach view if uou can afford it. If not, you will be fine! Lol
