On-site, resort-style amenities include a split-level beachside pool and sundeck, an indoor pool with an oversize hot tub, Omni tennis courts, and a basketball court. Just across the street, the Surf Style shop has a free splash pad for the kids available seasonally. For fishing excursions and more, make arrangements through Zeke's Landing Marina or SanRoc Cay, both less than three miles from this rental. And for outdoor adventures on land, the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead is less than two miles from your front door, where you can spend some time hiking or biking on the many trails that wind through this 6,500 acre Gulf State Park. THINGS TO KNOW Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

This property has a large, wide balcony with well made outdoor furniture. The pool is also nice . The beach is really only a short distance from the back of the building. It presents well from the outside. Our unit was nice and the property reps we encountered were helpful and kind. We did feel a few things were lacking. There was a food odor when we arrived,a problem with a tv,no coffee maker that used pods, and decor was attractive but not without some wear.

Loved the pool and beach of course. Really liked that this property has security guard. Elevators were on and off which was a challenge at times as we were on 11th floor we had to wait a bit. Would not recommend walking to stores very dangerous to cross the road even if using the crosswalk. Property and interior furniture a little dated- they are doing work to exterior property.

The condo was not cleaned from the previous stay. There was pet hair on the unmade beds. BM was stuck to the toilet and bathroom trash still in the can. Food scraps in the sink and sticky stuff on the counter. Dirty dishes were in the dishwasher. I talked to four different people about the issues before someone showed up at an inconvenient time to leave towels and sheets. I was only reimbursed 200 for the inconvenience. The owner never returned my calls
