We absolutely loved our stay in this unit. This was our first time to stay at this property, so I don’t know about the other units, but this one is top notch. We were only there for the weekend, so we didn’t cook or wash clothes, but everything seemed in order to do so. The master bedroom and bath and the living area are huge. Great views from everywhere, and just steps to the beach. We are considering planning our summer trip based on the availability of this unit…we loved it that much!

This condo was very spacious and was perfect for a week wirh the family. It had a private entrance. We saw multiple dolphins from the balcony. Beach was very close and not very crowded. We had a great time!

Clean, comfortable and spacious condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Easy access to the beach down one flight of stairs and just a short walk. Elevator also available. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. A Keurig is not available so bring ground coffee and filters for a regular coffee pot. Vacasa does provide a starter pack with some dish soap and dishwasher soap, one roll of paper towels. Bring everything else that you may need if you intend to cook. Read the parking rules and be prepared to register your vehicle online upon arrival, $50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles. The location is great, just down from the Gulf State Park. The facility has recently done some updating and everything looks nice. The beach was great!

We stayed here before at different unit. This time we were lucky to stay at this property. It has beautiful view of the beach. The place is stocked with everything for a comfortable stay. Each room has a tv. The bathroom in the master bedroom was spacious. The place was clean, we only spotted couple dirty spots on the bed. And the ac wasn't on so we could smell old musty odor when we walked in. We would love to have some beach chairs or umbrella. The unit is far from elevator so be ready to talk, especially if you have seniors who can not walk far or climb up and down the stairs. Overall we like the property and would want to come back.
