Soak in the warm Gulf Coast sunshine and admire wonderful views of sparkling waves at Admirals Quarters 1408 - a Gulf-front retreat near the very heart of Orange Beach. Spend your vacation swimming in on-site indoor and outdoor pools, and sauna, and capping days spent out on the beach with workouts in the fitness room and evening barbecues in the communal grilling area. The Admirals Quarters is a beachfront property that sits half a mile east of the center of Orange Beach, where you'll find a Publix Super Market and an assortment of restaurants, eateries, and conveniences. Zeke's Landing Marina is three-quarters of a mile east, beautiful Gulf State Park is just over a mile west, and Perdido Key State Park - a nesting spot for local sea turtles and shore birds - is seven miles east. If you're looking to hit the links, the Craft Farms Golf Club is nine miles northwest. You'll also be an easy drive from a wide variety of shops and entertainment at The Wharf, as well as local favorites like The Flora-Bama, Big Beach Brewing, Pleasure Island Tiki Bar, and Fisher's Dockside.

The condo was very, very clean and smelled good upon entry. We loved the view and covered porch. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking and the jacuzzi tub was sparkling clean and worked well. The ice maker in the freezer made lots and lots of ice. The WiFi was decent. Washer and dryer worked great and the extra beach supplies (chair/floats/net) were a nice touch. The condo itself is a little dated and needs some TLC and updating. The master bed was awful and needs replacing. Bring extra towels, there are very limited linens.
