Gulf-front penthouse condo with pool, hot tub, & sauna - on the beach

Very clean condo, the welcome kit provided by Vacasa was very nice and saved us a trip to the store. Beautiful views from the very large balcony.

My wife and I felt this was a perfect condo in the perfect location. From the large balcony to just chill and watch the boats go in and out of the bay to going to the beach or just having the option to swim indoors or outdoors. The location is perfect for us, just close enough to everything but not in the middle of everything. The condo is set up perfect in our opinion and is perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We will definitely be bringing our children and grandchildren here to 1203 Tidewater and will probably be our new go to place from now on.

First off the condo is absolutely beautiful, and the location could not have been better! Dealing with the management company was a nightmare, and I highly doubt we will ever use them again. Soon after arriving on Sunday, we contacted them because the dryer, nor the microwave would work. We were told that someone would be there Monday, as it was “the highest priority” type of issue. Needless to say, nobody showed and so I reached out for an update that evening. We got the same story once again. Tuesday morning someone called to come in and get the model number off of the microwave, but nothing was ever fixed with the microwave and still nobody checked about the dryer. Tuesday evening I once again reached out to the rental company, and it was again the same song and dance. When we left on Thursday, still no working microwave or dryer. If you can’t fix it just say that - quit stringing people on thinking it is going to get fixed while they are there.

Better to stay this is the worst and we couldn’t use the stove either we bought food to cook and had to leave it cause we didn’t have a cooler to put the stuff in it

The condo itself was nice... the beds were comfortable, the layout was great, the view from the balcony was perfect! I was just disappointed in a few things around the unit, like the small, cheap quality towels, the fact that we were not able to request additional towels or garbage bags (only gave us 2 for a week's stay), the cheap quality of toilet paper, several dirty dishes we found when we first checked in, and the glass door on the master bedroom was dirty/cloudy and would not come clean. Overall, we had a nice stay but would probably not stay here again.

Loved the location it was right across the street from the marina, Zekes restaurant which was fabulous, the Shrimp basket and a convenience store, ice cream shop and doughnuts. It is beachfront with outdoor and indoor pools and hot tub. We had plenty of room everybody. Some of the furnishings could use an update but for the most part it was a nice unit.
