This remodeled condo features wall to wall porcelain tile and the white, sandy beaches can be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom or the balcony. You are minutes from restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, nightlife and the infamous FloraBama. Walk in and the kitchen is to your left. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up your favorite meal while on vacation. Right past the kitchen is a table with seating for six and three bar stools. Your entire family can eat in during your stay. To the right, as you walk in, is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, 24' Smart TV and DVD player. It is near the second bathroom, located in the hall, with a tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer are behind another door in the hall for your convenience as well. Past the kitchen and dining area is the living area. The living area has a 48' Smart flatscreen TV and DVD player. The living area has plenty of places to sit and relax, including a sleeper sofa so the condo will sleep up to six people!
