Walk inside and you'll discover a comfortable living room adorned with soft seating and a large TV. The adjacent full-stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space - ensuring your cooking comes easily. In each of the bedrooms, you'll find high-quality linens and welcoming color palettes, guaranteeing everyone's comfort. The kids will love the nautical decorations in their rooms, and you will appreciate the private washer/dryer, making chore time the least of your concerns. As a multi-year returning customer, I was extremely disappointed. This has been our go to for years. Its clearly under new management and we will not be returning. Vacasa moved this over to Avari; I contacted them the first day we were there, said they would be in touch, and blew me off. The place was FILTHY! Literally every seating surface soiled, stained or ruined. I sent pics to Avari since Vacasa no longer manages it. Crumbs on night stands, table was filthy, spent 2 hours cleaning the place to feel reasonably good about it, on vacation, just overall frustrating. All outdoor seating has holes, rips, soil/stained or unsafe to sit on. Pics also provided.

This was our second time to stay at White Sands. It’s a perfect location and a very comfortable house. Close to the beach, quiet, close to town. You won’t be disappointed.

This properties location and accessibility to the beach was great and that’s the only thing it has going for it. The photos seemed nice enough but photos are beyond deceiving. Very cheap remodel, updates and furniture. The couch is well past its prime and was not comfy. The bunk beds are extremely cheap and questionable assembled as they were very wobbly are kids were nervous to climb to the top bunk. The downstairs has a small sand area we thought great for kids to play. As soon as they started to play we found multiple pieces of broken glass and they had to be very careful where to walk as the entire property is nothing but weeds and there were sticker burs everywhere, including inside buried in the rugs. Slim pickings for extras. No trash bags, tried to do mashed potatoes one night not even a potato smasher. Tissue paper toilet paper. The sliding door is literally falling out of the wall. Too small of a dining table with uncomfortable seating and two bar stools that don’t even fit under the table. It was rough and definitely feels just money driven. Looking to make the most money with little to no investment in the actual property and making it comfortable.
