Guests appreciated the comfortable, homey atmosphere, the roomy layout, the nicely decorated interior, the well-stocked kitchen, and the comfortable beds. The home was also praised as clean, cool, and well air conditioned. Its location stood out for being close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, with guests repeatedly enjoying the easy walk to beach access and the peaceful area. The balconies and porch were highlights, with lovely views and a relaxing swing that added to the experience. Guests also enjoyed thoughtful extras such as beach gear, sand toys, a wagon, a grill, and a fenced yard.

The house has actual beds for 14, the bunks are only for children, I don’t think they would support an adult, we did not try it, we had 5 children with us. No starter food items, but stores are close by. Easy in and out, quiet street.Close to the ocean

We stayed at this Vacasa property in Gulf Shores for a family vacation. The home itself was in a great location—a short walk to the beach—and overall, it was a nice place for our group. However, we had a few issues during the stay, including a garbage disposal that didn’t work, trash left scattered in the back area, and non-functioning gates (one was propped with concrete slabs). The biggest issue, though, came after we left. We realized we had left an iPad behind and contacted Vacasa immediately—less than an hour after checking out. We told them exactly where it was left and even showed that the device was still at the property using Apple’s “Find My” feature. Despite that, we were told the cleaners couldn’t find it. Now, three days later, we’re still being told “someone will go check,” but no one follows up, calls, or texts back. It’s been incredibly frustrating getting the runaround and feeling like there’s no urgency or accountability. While we enjoyed parts of our stay, the lack of communication and effort in resolving this situation has been extremely disappointing.
