Waterfront condo with pool, hot tub, sauna, central AC, washer & dryer, & balcony

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hottub being available and heated in off season is a nice feature. The beach is always a welcoming site and sound and the dolphin sightings made the trip.

This condo was wonderful! We had plenty of room and an amazing view.

We have stayed at the Lighthouse several times before and really like it. There is ample parking, the two outdoor pools are large & clean and there are two outdoor hot tubs. The indoor pool was closed for the white coat to be redone during our stay & I didn’t love that Vacasa did not provide any notice of this. This is a scheduled maintenance item & not a surprise repair so there’s no reason this shouldn’t have been communicated. The location is great for biking to and in Gulf State Park. I would not stay in this particular unit again. It was not well maintained or well equipped (none of the pots had lids that fit, lack of cooking utensils). The furniture & floors were dirty and the unit had a horrible smell. Several appliances were broken when we arrived and not repaired timely (or at all) during our stay and the communication and response from Vacasa was not great.

First, we very much enjoy Lighthouse condos. The amenities, parking, and overall cleanliness is exceptional. We did not enjoy our stay at this condo. It has two bedrooms, a bunk room, and a pull out couch. They are adequate and clean for sleeping, but they are far from comfortable. We had to buy our own pans to cook in because the ones that are available, are not acceptable and should be thrown away. There is no pizza cutter. The ice maker stopped working during our stay and did not get fixed during our stay. Apparently, it gets turned off after every guest leaves and I would think that is what lead to its demise. Most condos are equipped with games and beach toys; however, this one is not. It is missing personal touches that a caring owner gives the place. While we will return to light house condos, we will not return to this condo. All of the pleas for updating and other requests are falling on deaf ears.

The view and location were spectacular! Easy access to elevators and beds were very comfortable.

The condo was nice, needs to be updated. It was clean, however it had a smell when we walked in. Seem to be possibly wet clothes left to long, or a dirty mop. Maybe putting a plug in air freshener would help. We still had a good time. Great location.
