Dog-friendly home with private pool, hot tub, & pickleball,basketball court

Overall this could be a great home for family vacation. The Patio area is full of entertaining options. The bedrooms are nice and great bedding, bathrooms are just right. Kitchen is big for huge family meals. However, the front stairs of this home have been replaced to be a large set of stairs over 6 feet wide and the second part that leads to the front door doesn't have a normal step area to it as the bottom half does, which for a person with a larger foot it can be a trip hazard. It has a lower landing but nothing to stop you from falling down the 11 steps from the front door and the porch area is very narrow. The outdoor lighting to this home is one light by the front door which doesn't give much light to the steps. There is nothing but solar decorative lighting in the driveway which made it difficult for delivery persons to find after dark. This home only has the one way in or out, there are not any steps from the back two balconies to the pool/hot tub level. I saw reviews stating the hot tub wasn't clean or was cold upon the arrival of those guest, so I had called and requested that it be ready for my use upon my arrival. I was told that a request had been sent to the local office. Upon arrival it was 82 degrees and the water was hazy. Local office never contacted me after several request were made after my arrival to the dangerous steps( that were not as advertised) and the hot tub issue. Also, the top deck off the living room/kitchen area has four cafe style tables with very uncomfortable chairs. It needs some place to sit and enjoy the view with morning coffee or evening drinks. The homeowner had also left a vehicle parked on the property that I did not have prior knowledge of, so we weren't sure if someone was already staying there when we arrived. Hopefully the owners and the local office can do better in the future of addressing complaints and make this home more functionable to those guest who may have small children, dogs or any kind of mobility issue. Thankfully a supervisor with Vacasa from another State did address my issues.

There were so many wonderful amenities. We loved the basketball goal and pickelball and the hot tub was really nice. I wish the rest of our group could have joined us. We only used 2 of the bedrooms. We would definetly come back and stay again.

Good location and pool really nice to have. Beach close with a nice restaurant within walking distance. There are a lot of steps since all houses set up on stilts.

We loved the outside set up, lots of places to sit, hangout and be together. For being a pet friendly home, there was no dog scent and no dog hair lingering around so that was great! We loved that we could walk to the beach and it wasn't difficult.
