Cozy Coastal Condo Near Beach w/ Shared Pool and Central AC

It was a very cozy place. Big enough for 5 of us. A couple of issues. The couch was completely worn out and smelly. We were the only ones in the complex but someone came to the door to ask to measure something for the owner. She said she didn't realize someone was staying there she wasn't told. It was kind of intrusive. Other than that we liked the place overall.

Short family getaway for a family of 3. The unit is on the 2nd floor of the building, which means walking up 3 sets of stairs. Quiet area with a public beach access and a restroom literally right across the street. There is also some paid public parking close by. The unit was clean, did not see a single bug inside, and there is actually a half bath off the primary in addition to the full bath. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and toiletries (soap, shampoo, and conditioner) were provided. No issues with parking (two parking passes were provided), and the pool was clean. Everything that one would need is available in the unit, including a toaster oven in the kitchen, which is nice for heating up leftovers. That said, the red sofa and bamboo chaise/ottoman combo in the living room, aside from being dated, is quite worn out and stained and should be replaced or, at a minimum, steam cleaned.

The location couldn't be any better. Just walk across the parking lot and the street and you are there. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was stocked with the necessities. Loved having the washer and dryer! The sofa has seen better days and is the only thing that could be improved. And maybe add a broom and dust pan to keep the sand under control. We had a great time.
