Condo was well equipped and nicely decorated in a fairly quiet location across the street from the beach. However, it was dirty and needed attention and maintenance. Both balcony door handles were completely pulled off, allowing bugs and hot air in. Stickers from a previous tenant were left on the walls, roaches found in dishes and cabinets, television in living room was broken with no sound, carpets are stained, bedding was disgusting.. all top coverings and folded extra bedding was dirty and stained. Refrigerator was dirty with leaked fluids in drawers, urine spots on floor in bathroom. Closet knob missing, headboard in one room detached and lightbulbs need replacing.

The property and amenities were nice however the balcony was not cleaned there was trash & cigar roaches everywhere , no smoke detector and the bedding was awful and stained. We also had an issue with the television(no Wi-Fi , and cable only with no sound in the master) and I reached out to Vacasa on both issues and never received any support I was told someone would be in touch and that never happened even after I sent photos and called. I was mostly dissatisfied with this stay.
